Welcome to Brick Bonanza. By using our website and entering our competitions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Brick Bonanza is a UK-based online prize competition platform offering Lego sets and other related prizes. Our competitions are operated in accordance with UK laws governing skill-based prize competitions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to enter our competitions.
By entering, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
Employees of Brick Bonanza and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter a competition, you must purchase an entry via our website OR use the free entry route (see Section 4).
Each competition will state the number of entries allowed per person, entry deadline, and the draw date.
Entries received after the competition has closed will not be valid.
By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any specific rules for that competition.

4. Free Entry Route

We offer a free entry option to comply with UK regulations:

Must be received before the competition closing date
Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified
Identical entries sent in bulk or using automation will be void

5. Winner Selection & Draws

All competitions have guaranteed draws. The prize will be awarded on the advertised draw date or sooner if the competition sells out.
Winners are selected at random using an automated random number generator (or live draw, depending on the competition).
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided. If we can't reach the winner within 28 days, we reserve the right to redraw.
Winners may be announced on our website and social media.

6. Prizes

Prizes are as described in each competition listing. We may offer cash alternatives upon request from the winner.
Cash prizes may be paid via bank transfer to a UK account. We may request identification before transferring funds.
Delivery of physical prizes is free and will be arranged as quickly as possible after winner confirmation.
Brick Bonanza is not responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply to your prize.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Once a competition entry has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless required by law.
If we are unable to provide a prize for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer an equivalent item or a cash alternative at our discretion.

8. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if:

They breach these Terms & Conditions
They attempt to cheat, hack, or manipulate the competition process
They provide false or misleading information
They use automated means to enter

9. Liability

Brick Bonanza is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from entering a competition or using a prize, unless caused by our negligence.
We are not responsible for failed or delayed communications, postal issues, or system errors outside our control.

10. Data Protection

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By entering, you consent to us processing your personal data to administer the competition.
With your consent, we may also use your data for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and designs on the Brick Bonanza website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our materials without permission.

12. Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and entry into competitions after changes are made indicates your acceptance of those changes.
